???? Description
Selling my reliable 2012 Toyota Corolla Altis 1.6V Automatic (Traditional AT, Not CVT). Silver color.

Mileage is at 250,000 km, but this car has been loved and maintained exclusively at the Toyota Sn Fdo dealership. The exterior needs a washover/hilamos due to typical paint fading over the years, which is why it is priced competitively giving you the perfect combination of top-tier mechanical health and room to customize your own paint finish! ?

Because it is casa-maintained, ALL replaced parts are 100% Original Toyota genuine parts. No cheap replacement or fake components were ever used. I just did a massive mechanical refresh worth thousands of pesos:

RECENT UPGRADES & NEW PARTS (Zero Kalampag & Safe Electricals):
• New Throttle Body Assembly (Responsive acceleration, stable idle)
• New Alternator Assembly (Reliable charging system, no electrical issues)
• New Tires (Excellent tread life, zero spending needed here)
• New Rack and Pinion (Steering is tight and precise)
• New Front Shock Absorbers (Smooth, comfortable ride)
• New Engine Supports (Zero cabin vibrations)

???? VEHICLE CONDITION & FEATURES:
• 1.6V Premium Features: Push-start button, automatic climate control, steering wheel audio controls, optitron gauges, and front & rear parking sensors.
• Transmission: Traditional 4-speed Automatic Transmission (Smooth shifting, very durable, NOT the problematic CVT variant). No delays or slipping.
• Aircon: Ice cold (Classic Toyota ACU—cools down very quickly).
• Interior: Synthetic leather seats (drivers seat has some typical wear, others are clean).
• Engine: Well-maintained 1.6L Dual VVT-i engine. No overheating, no leaks, no dashboard warning lights.
• Documents: Complete and clean papers. LTO Registered. Ready for transfer.

If you want an exceptionally reliable, dealership-maintained Altis that runs like a dream and just needs a fresh coat of paint to look brand new, this is the best deal on the market.
